Femmology: Empower Yourself Dancing in Your Heels

Femmology is a heels dance discipline created by Yunaisy Farray that fuses sensuality, professional technique, floor work, hair styling and musical interpretation. More than dance, it is a way to discover your potential and connect with your femininity.

You do not need previous experience. Femmology is designed for women of all levels. Yunaisy adapts each class to your pace and guides you step by step. The only thing you need is the desire to learn.

We recommend starting with 7-9 cm heels with an ankle strap for greater stability. If you are a complete beginner, you can start without heels until you feel comfortable. The important thing is that you feel safe.

Yunaisy Farray is a professional dancer trained at the National School of Art of Cuba, Street Dance 2 actress, Got Talent performer and CID-UNESCO recognized teacher. She is the creator of the exclusive Farray Method® and one of the most recognized teachers in the world. Learning directly with her is an opportunity you will only find at Farray's Center.

Femmology improves posture, strengthens legs and core, increases flexibility, works on balance and tones the body. By doing it in heels, specific muscles are activated and coordination is improved. It is a complete workout disguised as dance.

In Femmology classes you will learn: heels technique (posture, balance, turns), floor and hair work, body dissociations, musical interpretation, sensuality and feminine expression. Everything with the exclusive Farray Method®.

Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely, heels with ankle strap (or sneakers if you are a beginner), towel and water. We also recommend bringing knee pads for floor work.

They are complementary but different disciplines. Femmology is Yunaisy's personal project that fuses multiple styles and also works on self-awareness. Femmology classes are more technical and the level of demand is higher. Sexy Style focuses more on specific sensual choreographies. At Farray's Center we offer both.

Yes. If you have a membership and cancel a class, you have 30 days to make it up in any other class of the same level. If you have an hours package, you manage your classes flexibly and only hours from classes you attend are deducted.

Femmology is for any woman who wants to learn to dance in heels, improve her posture and confidence, and discover her sensuality. There is no age limit or previous experience requirement.

Absolutely. Beyond technique, Femmology is a space to discover yourself, touch yourself, look at yourself and love yourself. Many students report feeling more confident and powerful after each class.
