Cuban Salsa Classes in Barcelona
Learn to really dance, not just repeat figures
With the Farray Method® you will learn Cuban salsa with style and elegance. A unique teaching system created by Yunaisy Farray, CID-UNESCO member master, so you learn quickly, efficiently and with solid technical foundations.
Dancing Cuban Salsa is not just about figures
Dancing Cuban salsa is a non-verbal language between two people. It is synonymous with rhythm, musicality, coordination and connection with your partner.
In the Farray Method® we prioritize learning to lead or interpret your partner's impulses correctly and to dance on the right beats of the music in a coordinated and elegant way.
When you start introducing Cuban salsa "figures", your dancing will look more fluid, aesthetic and efficient.
With our exclusive methodology you will learn step by step all the secrets to be able to dance socially on the dance floor and enjoy to the fullest regardless of your current dance level.

Frequently Asked Questions about Cuban Salsa
Do I need previous experience to start?
No, our Level 0 is designed specifically for absolute beginners. We start from scratch, teaching you basic steps, rhythm and correct posture.
Do I need to bring a dance partner?
No, it's not necessary. In class we constantly rotate partners so everyone practices with different people and levels. This also makes you a better dancer.
What's the difference between Cuban salsa and line salsa?
Cuban salsa (Casino) is danced in a circle with more relaxed and playful movements. Line salsa (LA/NY) is danced in a straight line with a more technical and acrobatic style. They are complementary styles.
What is the Farray Method®?
It's a unique teaching method created by Yunaisy Farray that prioritizes leading, following, musicality and partner connection before figures. It allows learning quickly and efficiently.
How long will it take me to dance at a party?
With the Farray Method®, in 2-3 months of regular practice you can already enjoy dancing socially. In 6-12 months you'll notice significant progress in your technique and style.
