In our Twerk classes in Barcelona each session lasts 1 hour and includes: Warm-up (body preparation with specific exercises for glutes and hips), Twerking Technique (isolations, vibrations, bounces and floor work) and Choreography (dynamic sequences combining traditional Twerk dance moves with your own style).
Can I start from scratch if I've never danced Twerk before?
Of course. Students who have never done Twerking before choose beginner level courses and those with some experience in any type of dance choose the basic level. Our Twerk classes are designed so anyone can follow along from day one.
What if I don't have good coordination for Twerking?
Don't worry, coordination develops with practice. Our Twerk teachers will guide you step by step and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The important thing is to be consistent and enjoy the process of learning to dance Twerk.
What do I need to bring for Twerk classes in Barcelona?
Comfortable and light clothing that allows you to move freely (shorts, leggings, sports top), clean sneakers for exclusive use inside the studio, towel and water, because you'll be Twerking intensely and need to stay hydrated.

Can I try a Twerk class before signing up?
Depending on the season, the Twerking welcome class for residents may be free or have a special welcome price. The idea is that you can try the Twerk dance experience without commitment. Book your spot by clicking the "Discover How to Start" button at the top of this page.
What if I miss a Twerk class due to work or commitments?
If you have a membership and cancel a Twerking class, you have 30 days to make it up from the date of the cancelled class. If you have an hour package, you manage your Twerk classes flexibly. All management is done exclusively from the academy's digital app.
If I miss a Twerk class, can I make it up doing another style?
You can make it up doing the same Twerking class another day or select another dance style, as long as you respect the class level and manage the recovery from the school app.
Do you organize special Twerk events or workshops?
Yes. We organize Twerk dance workshops, Twerking masterclasses and social events throughout the year. Follow us on social media or check the website to stay up to date with our dance activities.
Are Twerk classes only for women or also for men?
